Make a Plan. Keep It Simple. Be Flexible.
OK. So this picture is from me planning out a year of food articles, not a single meal or party. But I do like to break everything down into steps and have the plan in front of me while I work. It's a shame to let stress over planning put a damper on holidays, life cycle events, and simple gatherings. Give yourself plenty of time and follow these simple tips to organize all your cooking, from day-to-day meals to holiday parties. |
